Prairie Community Events brings people together through vendor markets, farmers markets, trade shows, fundraisers, and community events across Alberta.
Founded on a passion for community connection and supporting local businesses, our mission is to create welcoming, well organized events that help communities thrive. We believe great events do more than bring people together, they create opportunities for small businesses, artisans, makers, farmers, nonprofits, and local organizations to grow, connect, and succeed.
We work with municipalities, community leagues, nonprofits, businesses, property owners, and community groups to plan and coordinate events that are engaging, accessible, and beneficial to everyone involved. From vendor markets and farmers markets to trade shows, fundraisers, and community celebrations, we focus on creating positive experiences that strengthen local connections and support local economies. Our goal is to make the planning process easier while providing professional support every step of the way.
Prairie Community Events is proud to maintain strong community roots and support initiatives that make a difference. Our founder brings extensive experience in community development, partnership building, fundraising, nonprofit leadership, and event coordination, providing a unique community-focused perspective to every project.
We are also proud to support the work of the Just Be Cause Foundation, which assists individuals experiencing homelessness and food insecurity, and the Fort Foundation Community Justice Hub, which improves access to justice and community resources. Both organizations are founding members of the Heartland Community Commons, a collaborative network dedicated to building stronger, healthier, and more connected communities.
As we continue to grow, our vision is to become a trusted event partner for communities, organizations, vendors, and businesses throughout Alberta, creating opportunities, supporting local economies, and bringing people together one event at a time.
